God has given us the gift of life. His hope and desire is that we live our lives to the fullest, for His glory. This Fall, SOV will be beginning an exciting 5 week series of sermons and small group gatherings, inspired by the song "Live Like You Were Dying". We think that this series has the potential to change our lives and our church. So, invite your family, friends, and co-workers...and please join us on this journey. We are excited to see what God is going to do!

You are invited to be a part of this exciting event by joining as a group member or by being a group host!
What is a Host?
A Host is someone who is willing to invite people they know, or would like to know better, into their home, once a week for five weeks, to discuss the ”Live Like You Were Dying” sermon series. Ideally, a Host will have previously been a member of a small group. Anyone with a TV, DVD player, and a love for God can be a Host. Hosts will attend a one-hour orientation to review the curriculum and learn tools to help facilitate the group. Support will be available to Hosts throughout the series. Assistance and training will be provided to any Host and group that decides to continue meeting following the sermon series. Sign-ups for Hosting will begin in August.
What Can I Expect as a Group Member?
Group members will be a part of a church-wide experience learning to speak sweeter, love deeper, give forgiveness, and embrace eternity so that we can live our “one and only life” each day. They will part of a group that will meet weekly for five weeks to explore how God intends us to live life to its fullest. No experience or knowledge of the Bible is required to be a member.

Sunday, August 29th: Host Orientation, Option #1 (9:45 to 11:00am)
Sunday, September 12th: Host Orientation, Option #2 (9:45 to 11:00am)
Monday, September 20th: All Leader Huddle (All Hosts are Welcome to Attend) (6:30 to 7:30pm)
Monday, September 20th: Host Orientation, Option #3 (7:40 to 8:45pm)
Week of September 26th: LLYWD Groups Begin Meeting
Saturday & Sunday, October 2/3: Live Like You Were Dying Kickoff Weekend! (all worship services)
